Payment Options
We accept payment by:
Money Order
Personal Checks - Returned check policy - NSF or stop payments
Any unpaid returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.
Visa/MasterCard - DO NOT email credit card information as
it is not secure.
Layaway Option:
All items can be placed on layaway with Creations by Stevi T per the
following guidelines:
Layaway Requires 20% Deposit.
Items can be placed on layaway for up to six months.
All merchandise is considered the property of Creations by Stevi T. until full payment has
been received.
If a problem arises while in a layaway transaction, notice is to be given to Creations by
Stevi T. immediately so arrangements can be made. Accounts 30 days past due will be
receive a late fee of $25.00. Any account 60 days past due will be considered in
default and item will be available for sale to the public.

I will contact you with your purchase total, including shipping by phone
within 24 hours. At this time, credit card information will be accepted.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are welcome. A deposit of 50% is required when order
is placed. This deposit is non-refundable. When order has
been completed a photo will be sent for customer approval. After customer approval
is received, balance is due in full.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise requested, shipping is via UPS insured ground service or
US registered postal service.
Damaged Shipments:
Any merchandise that arrives damaged MUST be reported within three
days of receiving the shipment. Keep all packaging materials for inspection by the
carrier. Creations by Stevi T. will file a claim with the carrier.
Returns:
Orders may only be returned if declared within 48 hours of receipt of
merchandise. Authorization for return must be obtained by Creations by Stevi T.
and must be received in original condition within 10 days. Credit will be
awarded for AUTHORIZED returns. There are NO CASH REFUNDS.
